 HEQSS supports the development and implementation of quality programmes, with emphasis on control of quality at every stage

Community systems strengthening

HEQSS provides services in capacity development for community health workers and key affected HIV communities 

Operational research and evaluations

HEQSS provides research and evaluation services to support the availability of empirical data that informs planning and decision-making .

Infrastructural Development

HEQSS provides technical assistance in strengthening laboratory systems right from infrastructure development, quantification and procurement of the required equipment.
